Fantastic atmosphere. Did not know this was the oldest continually operating bar west of the Mississippi in the United States. Had a fantastic time. Had a great Telluride IPA hazy beer. And had the green chili stew which was fantastic. The broth was brownish instead of clear and had great flavor. Lots of pork. Dave did a great job taking care of us. we had a bonus with live music starting at 6:30.

We shared the best Burrito we’ve had in Years. The Staff is Excellent and Bri is a very Happy and Friendly addition to our day. They also have a nice selection of Draft, Craft beers.

Jersey guys fist visit to Breckenridge and what an amazing small town .. stoped by the Gold Pan Saloon was greeted byAdain our server he was on point and very engaging. I had the lamb French Dip with a small house salad. My daughter had a Gold Pan burger. Both were very good. My wife had the Burrata salad and was delicious! I drank the Odyssey Beerwerks Clarity kills beer and it was very good light and not too heavy. My overall experience here was very positive and my family and I will definitely be back. Enjoy and cheers!!!🍻🍻🍻

We loved the Gold Pan Saloon. Our waitress was amazing and our food order came quick. We tried a couple of their red house wines from tap. It was a perfect semi- sweet wine. They had a happy hour and we ordered a pork slider and a chicken slider. They were very good and nicely presented. For dinner, I ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken and my wife had the Burrata and a bowl of French onion soup. When our dishes arrived, I had to double check to make sure I wasn't at a 5 star restaurant. The dishes were presented as such. The flavors of our food were just as top notch. Check out my pictures. I would totally recommend this bar restaurant for an amazing meal. The decor isn't 5 star but reminds you of being in a saloon from the 1800's. This is actually why we went here. We love history. For us, this was the perfect mix of history and amazing food.

First time visiting. I didn’t know drinks at the bar would come with endless laughs, probably one of the most personable bartenders I’ve ever met. Great staff.
- Robert Newman (10 months ago):
We liked the great old time atmosphere, excellent service, food cooked exactly how we asked, and bartender with a quick sense of humor. The Cuban sandwich, gold pan burger and chicken Caesar wrap were outstanding. The craft beers were good, too. We will return.

Quick service, limited menu, quick service of food to table. The place was super full, more than. I cared for, but we were hungry. Food was at acceptable levels. Warning. The pork is spicy. I would pass if you are looking for something memorable.
